Eagle Point Park is an outstanding park on the bluffs above the Mississippi River in Dubuque, Iowa. First opened to the public in 1910 and later renovated in the 1930s, the park boasts unparalleled views of the Mississippi River, Lock and Dam No. 11, and the opposite Wisconsin shoreline.
