The kids really wanted me to take their photos... so how could I say no?! They have all enjoyed having a vege garden this year and are happy to be getting food from it now.
@whiteswan Thanks Cheryl, I did think it came out rather cute. @pukeko The one from last week was even bigger. They seem to grow from nothing to huge in a matter of days and yes they do hide under the spikey leaves.
Ooo those are awesome. The kids look very pleased with themselves. We all loved having a fruit and vege garden when we lived in NZ...theres nothing like eating what youve grown yourself sunwarmed and fresh
