Great action shot of Reuben. Just wondering what sort of zoom lens you have? I am thinking about getting one, but can't decide which one. Leaning towards the Canon 70-300mm F4-5.6 IS USM. Any comments or feedback on your lens?
@stuckinoz I have my kit lens (I got a twin kit) which I used for this. It's a Canon 75-300 F4-5.6. No IS but I do really like it and as long as there's enough light I can usually brace myself to get good clear shots. Then again the IS would be great to have!
@kiwichick Hi Lesley. Thanks for letting me know about your lens. I just ordered the 70-300 F4.5-5 IS. I worked an extra shift at work today -overtime rates - so I'm treating myself. Hope I like it. My husband has already made several complaints about the fact that I bought it - oh well....
@stuckinoz Well good for you and I'm sure you'll love it. He can't complain too much if you worked the extra shift to cover the cost really, can he! You can get great bokeh off the lens as well, it's good for more candid portraits. @stuckinoz
