This week at swim club is challenge week. It's a tough week for the kids, with extra dryland activities and harder training sessions. Today the juniors hiked up to the top of Red Mountain, pictured in the background. It's rather smokey in town, even though there are no bush fires close to us. I think most of BC is affected by the smoke. Only one of my kids is in this photo, the other two are doing a swim camp for the week (its all about swimming this summer!!).
