While the band played at the Opening of the Skate Park just below them, these fun little boys danced away on the hill. Right behind them was a garage sale, and the people there let them dress up in the costumes they had for sale. They were quite the picture!
@maggiemae Yes there were some live bands playing right in front of them. Apparently they were more comfortable dancing once they put the costumes on (I wasn't actually watching them the whole time).
