Leaving Dover on the Pride of Kent then on by train to Paris and the start of our long journey homeward bound. Taken through the grubby window with my iPhone so not the best photo.There were no bluebirds in sight just some brown gulls.
I've never actually seen these, coming in at night the time we did! What a good photo - not the best photography but then we don't expect everyone to be of professional quality and its great to follow a journey! You look quite high here - must be a big ferry!
@maggiemae we didn't see much of them the first time either but we were lucky to get a seat at the bow of the boat and the fog had started to clear as we left port.
