I was a bit pleased to win 1st and 2nd places in the Macro category at the local 'digital imaging' group I just got involved in over the last few months. I picked up a couple of third places in the reflections and landscape categories too. It was fun.

thank you all for your kind comments. The biggest challenge was getting photos printed - not having done that recently. I did get a little 'lecture' from the man at the photo store about the pros and cons of Mac versus PC for photo processing - and the importance of colour calibration of the screen. That was interesting. I'm still thinking on that one! Maybe it would make a good discussion topic on 365.
