@brizmako Now you're putting me on the spot....From this angle its quite difficult but from the centre it has an iris look. Also from what I can see the leaves look strappy, like an iris. It certainly is a pretty thing. Any chance of a revisit Kathy? Maybe take from some different angles?? lol Of course I see its an Aussie flower, so what do I know!!?

@Cherrill - I went past there again today to get some more shots for you but all the ones that were open the other day have now died but there are plenty of buds so in a few days there should be more flowers.
I did some research on the net and it is indeed an Australian native Iris and the flowers only last one day. @brizmako
