OMG! Will have to check these out, especially the salted caramel. I do not usually deviate from the original but am a huge (probably the wrong description) fan of Gelato Messina

@adayinmallacoota I am a huge fan of Gelato Messina too. I love tim tams but I really don't think these taste like the ice cream like they are supposed to
