Sadly it seems like someone has added graffiti on top of the street art that is originally there. Thankfully the colors are so bold that it's hard to tell! Excellent capture of it Kathy!
@cjphoto thank you. I was confused when I saw this as I can see by the water, half, jigsaw pieces that it is street art. The green, white and black is supposed to be part of the street art I think but to me just looks like tagging and then there is the graffiti on top.
