That's a petty one! I'm a note writer. I keep a paper calendar book, a food journal book and a daily photo notebook. Can't have too many notebooks! 😉
@jb030958 Ive started all sorts of journals, lists, diaries but never get very far. Is your daily photo notebook ideas for 365? What is a food journal book?
@kjarn so my photo notebook is a record of where I was when I took a certain photo, ideas for new ones, lists of the challenges I have done and would like to do and lastly if a photo made it on the PP page!
The food journal is basically a diary of everything I eat each day and any exercise (basically a daily walk). If I don't do this I can gain weight very quickly.☹ I need the discipline.
@kjarn its a chore for me to be disciplined with my eating! Once in awhile I go wild (like Mother’s Day) and ended up gaining about 2 pounds in that one day! (Don’t tell anyone! Lol). So now I’m still trying to recover from that bad eating day!
@kjarn here’s what I have learned about myself......if I don’t have it in the house I can’t over eat the item (which would be chocolate or any sweets). BUT since i love to bake I try to limit that to like 2x a month because it’s so hard to stop eating those goodies once I start.
@jb030958 I totally agree and try not to have rubbish in the house however I go to work everyday and am surrounded by temptations - cake, lollies, chocolates etc which I never say no to plus I cant resist whenever I'm in the supermarket.
