The courtship seems to be going along pretty fine. They are roosting on this branch each day or close to it and to get this shot I had to kind of crawl partly under, without disturbing them, and point back up and out in order to have enough light on them. Taken as they were drying out from the rain Monday. Gotta admit I fall for a love story every time :)
@ribbet9 thank you :) they look a lot like owls don't they? they are tawny frogmouths however an Australian native, nocturnal, but not an owl :) they totally fascinate me
