We were at a friend's house to watch the Saskatchewan Roughrider Western semi-final playoff game against the Calgary Stampeders. Lots of Rider green! They had to mantle all decorated with great flags, and I had to laugh at this pretty elegant sculpture adorned with a teeny-tiny Roughrider helmet!
Alas, all our cheering did not bring victory despite a touchdown with 52 seconds to go to take the lead... only to be met by an opposition touchdown with 20 seconds left. Always a good game, though, when it comes down to the last Hail Mary pass of the game... There's always next year.
