I'm a couple days behind on posting because I had an incident with some wine and my laptop. FYI, they don't get along! I'm now on the hunt for a new computer. Any suggestions are welcome.
I'm starting another project to supplement 365. I'm hoping it'll give some inspiration for my 365 photos and provide a transition for when I finish this project in May. 26 by 26, http://26by26.com/, is a year-long series of photo-challenges set by renowned photographers, with a new challenge given every two weeks. Hopefully I can handle one photo every couple weeks, but I have a feeling they are going to make me think hard and work for the photo!
Week #1 Challenge, set by Andrew Zuckerman is, "Take a subject as far out of context as possible." My mind immediately went to a picture I took a few months ago of zebras in snow, so today's picture another take on that theme.
I really like the cropping too and love the stripes! That sounds like a really interesting challenge and I might try it too, just for inspiration. Bookmarking it!

I'm looking at computers too, and have my eye on a refurbished Dell Inspiron http://www.eritech.com/dell-inspiron-15r-special-edition-intel-quad-core-i7-3632qm-2.20ghz-8gb-ram-1tb-hdd-32gb-ssd-blu-ray-amd-radeon-hd-7730m-2gb-vid. It will be primarily for photo editing with Lightroom and Photoshop, so it has to be powerful. The backlit keyboard is nice too.
