New Laptop! YAY! Hopefully I can catch up with some commenting, it's been hard sharing hubby's computer since wine attacked mine - there are only so many free evening moments when you have two kids under 3...

@danielwsc ~ went with similar specs to yours: HP ENVY 17.3" Laptop - Black (Intel Core i7-3630QM / 1TB HDD / 8GB Ram / Windows 8 / 2GB dedicated graphics). I hmmed and hahed over the 17" screen, but figured I usually use it for photo stuff and don't move it around too much, so went with the 'giant' laptop. So far so good. I need to learn the ins and outs of Windows 8!
