Sigh

These are the views out of either side of the Bridge of Sighs in Venice. The famous bridge links the Doge's Palace to a notorious prison. The thought is that the prisoners would cross the bridge, look at the view and sigh, knowing that they might never see outside again.

We are home from a marvellous trip! We saw tons and had a blast. I did manage to get sick, however, and am still recovering. I didn't really have any jet lag yesterday but today I'm REALLY tired. My computer doesn't have room for all the photos I took so I got an external hard drive today and will be uploading the rest of the shots soon. I will get back to commenting soon. Thank you for all who have stuck by me.
