This is the 3rd scene on 2nd water tower, of 2 indigenous people that appear to be fishing with spears?. All 3 scenes on this water tower are of indigenous people & again, I believe they are local indigenous people. Apparently the dead tree was left as it is, as it is what is known as a scar tree. The artwork was done by Drapl, The Zoo Keeper & Brightsiders.
