It rained all day today. A major intersection has been undergoing repairs for the last month. It usually happens during the middle of the night. Guess their behind schedule that they're working on a Saturday afternoon in the rain. Never realized the cement on the road was so deep. Wonder how long their boots last and do they carry a box in their cars and trucks to put them in at the end of their shift. DETOUR
