She came to visit with cooking on her mind! She made a double batch of brownies and lit up my home with color and the smell of chocolate. I'm a happy grandma!

I love this for all that you wrote, but additionally that my own little grandson donned the apron & toque he got for Christmas and "cooked for us, too" He's only about to turn 3, but when he can bake brownies, I know they'll be as amazing as your grand daughter's! She looks adorable in this photo!

This brought back memories of my grandson baking his very first loaf at the age of 2yrs (granny did help a little). He baked with me every summer until he was about 10yrs old. Still loves eating my cakes though.
