Coyote

We’ve had packs of coyotes walk through our neighborhood occasionally but this skinny guy has been alone for a few weeks. My neighbor has seen him eating a cat! I don’t understand why people let their cats out!! I’ve left a message at the animal welfare dept at the police station but haven’t heard back. I’ll keep calling!!
