Just a little slice of life. I was sitting patiently at crossing today, waiting for a train to pass. I decided to snap a shot w/ my iPhone, and managed to catch this person blowing through the flashing lights, racing to beat the train. Obviously they made it.
Maybe I'm just old, but it seems like a rather dumb move to me.
Oh snap! Was this by SIUE on Poag Road? Last month, they had unmarked police cars sitting down in a person's driveway and nabbing people for crossing when the lights were activated.
Not clever on the driver's part but it gave you a great shot especially with the strong lines and the yellow colour in both the train and road markings.
