American Kestrel

Not a great day to be photographing outdoors. Grey, gloomy and pretty miserable until I spotted this little bird. I haven't seen a kestrel in about 8 years. Hopefully she will stick around for a while and I will be able to get closer to her and get a good photo.

@daisy It was pretty cold. I hand held this shot but my tripod was freezing up on me.
