@cljs I'm not certain why, but I think they closed the park this winter because we've had so much snow that it would be quite a job to keep all the little winding roads clean and safe. If it would just stop snowing!
Yup, it's just SO wrong....I've about given up on Spring! Very good representation of our weather though....hopefully you can do another one in a few weeks that will look vastly different...with a touch of green maybe??? :)
What a fabulous image, you would have thought perhaps this would be obvious!! Like yellow warning sign I saw today next to a tiny pond saying "caution water". This makes a wonderful shot and I love it. Fav
What a shame that the park is closed. Parks should be there to be enjoyed! Your picture tells me that it's probably a very nice place to be when it's open. In Toronto we are having some sunshine today, and some of the snow is actually melting. Hope the same happens where you are.
Boy, talk about disappointing; a closed sign is such a let down and you've captured that perfectly here. Sometimes it's almost hard to believe there'll be green grass growing there one of these days. Definitely not today tho.
