@hrs Helen, yes it was Memorial Day here on May 28. Many cemeteries are lined with rows of flags. I was looking for a little more creative shot than just a picture of the rows of big flags.
@ribbet9 Candace, I don't know if it's a Civil War marker, I didn't think to look for the dates. I just went to the very oldest section of the cemetery.
