I spotted this poster at the NWCI headquarters in Dublin, where we have our board meetings for the national collective of community based women's networks (I represent our local womens' network on the national board). It's a commemorative stamp which was issued back in 2011 to celebrate the centenary of International Women's Day and the suffrage movement here in Ireland.
I've decided not to do indigo for the challenge this year, and go straight to purple and then pink. While I love indigo (and am not that fond of pink), finding indigo things to photograph isn't easy, but finding pink things is. I ended up with a lot of dark blue last year, but not true indigo, and I felt it looked a little off...
*Thanks everyone for the comments, fav's & follows, in case I don't get around to responding to each one individually*
Based in Dublin, Ireland, started on...
Gorgeous vibrant purple and love your choice of subject. I thought about doing the rainbow color challenge for a minute and well, obviously I abandoned that thought, lol You're off to a great start though!!!
