There has to be one and this is it. The very first Snowdrop in my garden to open up. There are many ready to open, and I have seen open Snowdrops elsewhere since Sunday but this is the Brave One leading the way here. Why brave? Have you seen todays weather? Gale force winds shaking the garden and everything in it and very heavy rain showers. You would think this delicate little flower would be battered to the ground with just one large raindrop but it remains standing tall and proud. Well maybe not too tall.
