Following on from yesterdays post, this Great Crested Grebe had caught a Stickleback. After making sure the fish was dead, the Grebe then appeared to wash it in the water. Look closely you can see the water running off the fish.
It did bring to mind, the thought that since the fish had spent all its life in water, would it be any cleaner after the Grebes efforts ?
