Lovely morning sun today. It's freezing -8°C. There's little wind, no clouds and no moisture in the air. Also there's no snow and the inland ports are freezing up very nicely.
It's been a long time since there was such beautiful ice and it will keep freezing for at least a week, they say. Maybe I should sharpen my skates now although I'm always a bit pessimistic about forecasts concerning skate weather.
I sure do like wandering through the Dutch fields on natural ice. Perhaps I'll post some icy shots next week. Keep your fingers crossed!
