@elizabeth264 i use hipstamatic on my iphone. That means 'lens' and 'film' are random chosen and the outcome is a surprise to some extent...
If you use PS should make a mask with a transparent gradient from the center. Than you can add any fillter to the image using that mask, like a blur on the outside. It's kinda tilt shift indeed :-) thanks for the comment.
