Red Head

I tried getting a rain drop shot, which I've done at least twice before, because I just think they're really pretty. I don't know what I was doing differently, or wrong today but they just didn't turn out right. The focus was off and when I tried to use picnik's clarify tool, they looked really grainy.
Then I saw the woodpecker (who I tried to photograph yesterday, with bad results) and decided to give that another go. While, I'm not sure of the composition, I think this turned out quite nice. Editing consisted of Picnik's clarify tool and a crop.

I think the composition is good, maybe a bit more space on top unless there was something you didn't want in the frame.

Love that burst of red in the shot! I agree with Jani about maybe a bit more on the top, but you can't fix that in hindsight, can you?

No more than you can fix all the trees I hate. lol. I should have known better though than to cut it so close at the top.
