I expect having had your camera for 3 years you have played around with the white blance presets? I was just wondering if you have tried the Shade or cloudy setting if the weather is dull/cloudy or you a by a building creating shade, to see how the pictures come out?

Nope, haven't played with the white balance settings at all. Honestly, the camera settings menu is a bit odd and I just forget that there is such a function. I'll work on it. Thanks! I did reset the camera today to factory settings and that seems to made a difference as far as focus goes...
