This year, because of the new kitty, rather than do our usual nativity scene (which is very old and very fragile, and pretty involved), we decided to use another, cheaper nativity we had on hand, so if Smoky decides to kill a shepherd by throwing him off the sideboard, it won't be too much of a problem. ;-)
