Challenged to do a forced perspective by @msiegle this photo would be the most photographed tree. Its history was once a fence post, the farmer used it for his fence line in the 1930, so his family recalls. Being a willow it took route and it the tree it is now. Although there was another branch that near touched the water but was vandalised.
