Red building

Saw this interesting official looking building as we were driving through a small town and had to grab a shot of it. Unfortunately, I don't have any information on it.

Such a cool building! I tried googling buildings with clock towers in Pennsylvania but didn't come up with this one. Maybe you are out of town though. Great find and shot!!!
