I am still filling gaps but for 3rd April I had to share this selfie of my daughter Katherine on her 18th birthday. The obligatory pout (which I hate) but an image she has let me use here.
@gijsje she is lovely and I wish I had an interest in photography as they were growing up. She refuses to let me practice on her. This image was one of her selfies, sent to my phone and then uploaded via laptop.
She looks lovely Jane, I know the feeling about the pout, my granddaughter does it too when she out her friends, it's par for the course! Why don't they just smile normally?
You just have to feel honoured that you were allowed this one! She does look gorgeous and as others have said - what wonderful hair. Happy 18 th to Katherine.
