Yesterday, I went off to Week 4 of the workshops which work up to the Home Festival at Kangaroo Point.
I arrived an hour early to get into my Altered Book and organise myself for the laminating machine when it arrived; also so I could have an early lunch. So, for me, I was there for 3 1/2 hours instead of 2 1/2, but I didn't mind. We all worked hard on our things, photos were taken of us doing our stuff; and I got these ones of my finished pages after they went through the laminating machine.
Now, all I have to do is cut them out, punch a hole in the top and get some fishing line strong enough to take some weight (just in case some kids try to pull on them). Then, the Altered Book will be finished up and detailing added with some paint. I have 2 weeks to do all of this.
