My new bedroom suite arrived at around 1:50pm yesterday afternoon. There were more boxes than I could poke a stick at and I was so thankful Dad was here to help me put this whole thing together! It took us around 2 hours to put together only to find that the slats hadn't been loaded onto the truck!
So, the poor truck driver had to go back to Browns Plains (about a 20 minute drive there and back) to collect them. He said that this is what happens when you don't load your own truck! Poor guy! While he was gone, Dad and I got as much done as we could.
And last night, I snuggled down into my new bed... it was heaven! My muscles protested, but it's well worth the sore legs and arms to have this bedroom suite.

We need to do this in our house, but we have to do some work to the floor first...
