I visited some friends today to get away from the screaming noise of my unit complex. The concrete was being cleaned at the worse time of year too! I mean, who does it at this time of year?
Well, at my friend's house their 7-year-old built a cubby house in their living room. Very cute

Oh this brought back memory. thank you. my grandchildren when they were small came for a weekend. the older one built something similar with a large bedsheet. this was over 30 years ago.

@bruni Oh! I'm so happy this brought back so many good memories for you, Bruni. My friend has an autistic daughter; and she feels safe in a cubby like this; and invites her 'special friends' inside. One of those friends is her Dad, and me. But I was covered in paint, and didn't want to ruin the magic inside the cubby.
