The color and shimmer on these leaves caught my attention when I was at the Botanic Gardens. They're really pretty! My shot doesn't do them any justice at all. I think they were on a begonia plant but I'm not completely certain. Please correct me if you recognize them. 8)
@bluefirebucket We'll take a little break from the bugs. After all that walking and looking and bending over and squatting, my middle-aged bones are killing me. 8)

wonderful capture of the sheen of these leaves. i forgot what this plant is called but i remember an old lady who had these plants and she used it to cure little children's tummy aches. didn't work on mine though :-)
