(I wanted to mark the fact that I'm now 50% into my project with something I wouldn't ordinarily do and I uploaded a selfie that I absolutely hated taking and while I was trying to write a description I realized that I simply couldn't stand going through with the original plan and I chickened out and deleted the uploaded photo and thank goodness I have a standby shot because, yeah, I kind of anticipated I would chicken out at the last minute. 8D )
This shot was taken with my left hand on the bathroom door and my right hand on the camera. And then edited halfway to death.
I think about being already halfway through my project and, well, I think that sounds good. On the other hand, I don't know what I'm happy about, I'm only halfway through! Some days, I feel like I have absolutely no idea if I'm ever going to be able to finish.
Yup!!! Some days it is like that, Cool shot btw!! I have started, had to stop (health) and started again, and some days I am like " omg, I need a photo today" , some days I hate all the one I have taken, it is how I roll I guess!!

This is very cool - I like the story that seems to be hidden in the scene. Looks awesome in black and white. I understand about the selfie - I take many of them but I don't want to post them.

Well, you did at least chose something that catches the imagination. This is a sort of selfie, too, though; did you realize? Masterful composition; supports the built in mystery.
I found year 1 a lot harder than I'm finding it now. I think I've relaxed into it and I'm posting more what I want to and not feeling pressurised into posting every day. This is an interesting shot but you ought to bite the bullet and put a full selfie up at some point. It really is very liberating xx

Super cool and creative shot. Great way to mark your half way. Congrats! :) Take one day at the time, and don't feel stressed if you miss a day or two. Life does have a way where it is not always possible to find time for photos. But I am sure that you will continue - I really hope so anyway as I am a big fan of your photo skilss and creativity.

I'm with you on the selfies! I like the editing - makes it feel like an edgy scene from a movie! Hang on in there - you'll finish the project! (I recommend starting a monthly challenge for some extra inspiration :))

Livia am re writing this to you as have realised all my spelling mistakes. half way in or halfway out. Love the b/w. I thought you were further on with your project, I think because of the quality of your photos. Feels like yours have stepped up a notch. I am nearly at the end of my project and its hard to keep going sometimes but am determined to finish. Have other neglected hobbies that I am looking forward to getting back to. Love 365 but it is so time consuming.
Congrats on the half way mark. I got there a few days ago, so far so good, right? I felt the same way you do but now that I've gone by several days I feel much better about getting on with it and sort of figuring the sand is falling faster now through that little hole in the timer that you have to turn over to get going.
nice shot!!!!. you will finish and a selfie may even become slightly comfortable.. I'm just now doing them....your work is gorgeous and I love seeing it.... for me, when I reached 365 all the stress went away and I'm happy to use fillers (from more than 13K pics to choose from)!!
Congrats on the half way point. I think this photo is perfect. Leaves a bit of mystery. Cause most times, thats what the future is...uncertain. As if the future is a great ocean, and the moment of time we stand is the edge of the water. Though we know there will be storms, dead winds and the occasional maelstrom, we also know there will be soft trade winds, rolling waves, spectacular views of the sun and moon. So we hope in the boat and brave whats ahead. Can't wait to see your next half. :) (a bit o'rambling on this...sorry. lol)
