So, I was coming back from lunch and had been looking for a quick photo op and this guy in a pickup truck goes DRIVING by and there is a HUGE dog in the back drinking water thru the window slider off the work box...we came to the light and I took this shot. At least he works...note the picture ID badge and the look is pretty priceless too. I laughed I hope you do too!
That looks like a male Akita. I have raised Akita's since 1970 and the head looks like a bear and the body angles, the ears, muzzle scream "Akita" to me. I could be wrong.
I have posted several pictures of my Akita this year. She is 14 and is suffering from cancer and cardio myopathy (may not make it through June), but you can compare features. She is big for a female and has lost a lot of mass over the past few months.
