I love photographing waves. I can't get enough of it, though heaven knows what I'm going to do with my thousands of beach shots. Do you do any post-processing? There's a really nifty way of getting rid of the fringing (magenta in this image). I use Photoshop Elements.
@nanderson Cool. I have a very short video on my facebook page (16th Oct - facebook.com/obmcreations) on how to remove cyan fringing - same process only choose the applicable colour. You could watch it there or if you need any help, let me know. :) Basically, select the area, Alt U (for Hue/Saturation), choose the problem colour (sometimes you have to play with more than one), slide it into the negatives until the fringing disappears, alter light/dark if needed and OK.
