LOVE the atmosphere. I'd think about cropping out the buoy to the left, and elminating about half of the foreground deadspace so the composition is about 75% in size, rectangular from the top right. Like this a lot!!!
I really do think the crop works really well from this original photo. Had to go back and look again. I do love this photo and the feel of it, but the crop really creates more drama and bumps up the wow factor?
