@bigugly it is overnight refrigerated oatmeal with strawberries, you can use any berry.
Stack in mason jar. 1/2 c oatmeal: pinch of salt: 1/2 cup fat free yogurt, 1/2 c skim milk : 1/2 cup strawberries; Splenda: refrig overnight. Shake good! I like to set it out for a few. Stir well. Tastes like good. Low cal and sugar. Big too, too much for me at one setting. I use for snack and split in day... Besides pear. Let me know if u try it takes 5 min. Easy to take to work. Thanks
