Today is blooming Monday ( http://www.blooming-monday.com/) It's apparently the most depressing day of the year so MHRUK set to change this by encouraging people to wear bright clothes. I don't have many bright clothes but I love this scarf that I made a few weeks ago out of the leftover wool from my blanket - it's so cosy :)
I had the weekly GP appointment, bloods, weigh-in etc. this morning. My weight's down again :( I need to stop losing weight or I'm going to have to take a leave of absence from uni, but it's so hard :s I've got to tackle protein this week. Had a minor freak out in the supermarket and only got as far as fat free yoghurt and quorn chicken and I'm yet to attempt to eat that. I just don't know any more.
