I met up with two Kate's today! The original Kate this morning, then another friend who's also called Kate this afternoon. It was amazing to see her because I only see her about once a year as neither of us are well enough to travel very far and she lives in Northumberland. But she was at a cottage just outside of York with her Mum for the week so I drove to see her. In all honesty, I wasn't really well enough for the drive, but it was just so nice to see her and spend time with her, crocheting and putting the world to rights.

I'm so confused
Services are confusing me at the moment. They try and convince me I'm ill, then tell me I'm not. They say they're discharging me then metion inpatient, then say they're discharging me.
I have an assessment/appointment/something tomorrow and it's making me feel sick.
So well portrayed, with the daisy and it's petals, the jojo effect of feelings. Good to read you meet up with your friends and get some positive energy out of it. Sleep well and good luck tomorrow!
