I like the colours and the structure of this photo. I've just looked through your photos and love the fact that you use an iPhone to take them all ( I do too...)
@365projectorgjenfurj I agree totally; my first objective for this project was to create a photograph diary of the year. I'm now trying to improve the standard of my photos. It's a win/win situation!
@365projectorgjenfurj@angiedanielle24 I find the iPhone a brilliant little camera. Convenience wins out over any technical short comings for me. I do have trouble with low light though...any suggestions there? For me the project is primarily a visual diary, how my days are being spent, so often the photos are nothing special, but they're a memory shot for me to look back on.
@narayani@angiedanielle24 yes, great for convenience & I do get some good photos. Most of our 9 weeks overseas last year I took photos usibg the iPhone & made done great photo books.
I do find I am thinking more about background & lighting though since doing 365.
Indoors & low light is not the best so I'll sometimes get a lamp to give more light & position it si there is not too much shadow. Though a feather photo I did ages ago actually came out well with the shadow. So I think a matter of 'keep on trying' 😊
Love the Colors in this. I have really come to appreciate succulents more in the past couple years. I get out my good camera pretty often, but find I just don't have the time for the uploading and editing. iPhone fits my life right now and keeping the visual diary going is my number one goal. Someday I'm sure I will have more time to work on improving my technical skills.
@beckyk365 thanks Becky. My interest in succulents has grown over the last few years also. As for my "good" camera....it is so superseded by now and I think I've forgotten how to use it!!
