Dreaming Dog Studio

I broke the drought and worked in the studio today.... Clearing the space, taking photos for my website and threw a few pots. Unfortunately my computer is so old, it won’t upload the photos to my page!!
What stunning pottery, I love the tones and shapes. Is your pottery open to the public?

@anniesue no, it couldn’t do it a year ago either when I was going to add a shop to my website. But I thought if I at least take some photos, they’ll be ready when I can sort something 🤞🏼

@judithdeacon Thank you! And yes, it certainly is! I have a website - without a shop! (dreamingdogstudio.com) or you can find me on Instagram @dreamingdog.studio

@narayani Just had a look at your site - amazing, I love the Ashes series and hope that we can come and have a look at it in person next year when, Coronovirus and Lockdown permitting, we will be coming back to Perth and Margaret River for the Spring. (something to look forward to in these depressing days.

These pieces are so beautiful! And each one is so unique. Great photos too. What do you use as a backdrop?

@narayani can you do it at a library?

@anniesue our libraries are all closed, but I don’t think I could anyway. Need to ask Sean for some help...(when he’s got through his list of things to do)

@beckyk365 thanks Becky 😊 The backdrop is a roll of kids drawing paper from ikea!

@narayani great idea!

@seacreature thanks so much Desi , those two are pitfired whereas the black and white ones are Raku (naked Raku)

@beckyk365 😄 Their kids paint brushes are really good too! I use them in my other range of work to paint on the coloured finish (slip)

@narayani I'm obviously a pit fired person. LOL. Looks like the top left is also pit fired then, and I rather like that too, but like the other two better
