Last summer we discovered a significant water leak from the water main delivering water to our house, the water saturated all the floor and walls.
All the parquet floors will have to be removed, and the floor and walls dried out completely. The workforce will then (hopefully) renovate, replace the wooden floor, and decorate, we hope to be back for Christmas!!!
So, for the time being, we are now living in a rental bungalow just a couple of miles from our home.
Sad to be away, but happy now the work can start.
