Here is the last of my Lake District shots. I spent a lot of time with my family and friends and spent a lot of my days taking photographs. It was a great time - I really enjoyed myself.
I have had a good think while I was away and have made a decision to re-focus my energy a little. My business is going well, but I need to build it up more for it to be viable. Unfortunately this means that my daily postings will have to be curtailed. So I have reluctantly decided to post only one photo a day from now. I continue to enjoy my project. I love posting shots for you all to see and comment upon. My photography continues to be the centre of my life and my business. However, I need to make sure my business comes though.
As always I am very grateful for your visits and your comments. I plan to continue my commitment to my project and to commenting on your wonderful pictures. Thank you all for your support and please keep coming back to see my pictures.

Fantastic, love the reflections!! I know life is busy and we all have to prioritize. I find myself having a hard time taking photos as my life has become busy as well.
That's a beautiful shot, Damon.
Thank you for all the beautiful shots you've posted and the great fun with the What's This? shots. They must have taken a lot of your time and I appreciate very much the effort you put into them .
It's good to know that you'll still be posting - I'm looking forward to seeing more of your photos . All the very best to you and I hope your business continues to grow and flourish. Hugs xx
I always like having the extra two albums for when and if I have something, but they are never my priority and sometimes I just back fill them when I have extras. By the way, nice scenery.
The reflections and theme of this photo are a wonderful illustrations of the time you spent thinking about this decision. One photo a day is still a significant commitment!
It's hard to make changes, isn't it? Though I'll miss your "Identify this" shots, I think you've made a good decision. I enjoy your photos. Thanks for sticking with one picture. I too, have considered the amount of time it takes but I do love kind of having a diary of my year.
365 can be so addicting, can't it? I now have three albums and taking the pics, editing them, putting them up and writing, then viewing otehrs and commenting...takes a lot of time! I am glad you will still be posting one! I guess it won't be the "what's this" though...so no more prizes.
Life comes first - we all understand - which is why I'm only posting one shot a day myself:) But as long as you keep posting beautiful shots like this, it's all good! I'm doing my best to catch up on everyone's shots at the moment so I apologize if I'm a bit behind on yours.
Gorgeous pic! I love the colors and composition! When I first started reading your description, I was afraid you were going to leave us! I'm so glad you're staying!!! Good luck with your business!!! :0)
beautiful composition!
congrats on your business success! I tried doing 2 photos a day, but that only lasted about a week.....LOL. It takes so much time so I can certainly understand why you are cutting back to one a day.
Wonderful shot - such lovely colours. Thanks for bringing back some beautiful memories of the Lake District with your series which I have enjoyed. Good luck on your business.
Beautiful fall foliage. Life comes first, and all that goes along with that. Good luck with your business. I will continue to stop by and enjoy your photos.
